He spent more than three hours with me, going beyond the call of duty, to Help mepurchase an iPhone 17 and an Apple Watch series 11. The challenge was in renegotiating my virgin mobile contract and change of contact info. He patiently pursued all the necessary steps and then helped me set up both my phone and new watch. I had had a negative experience at another Tech dealer in the same plaza, So I was relieved and impressed with the quality of service at the Bell store. I am spreading the word in my retirement community. And look forward to continuing my business through Bell. The other two reps in the store were equally helpful and pleasant. Congratulations to all of you!
