They checked every option to make sure I got the best deal possible, explained every question I had, and spent hours helping when the iphone ran into issues transferring over it’s contents, even staying past closing to help me. They were also so kind as to provide me with a chair when my injury acted up. Best service possible! Thank you for your help!

It was quite busy when I arrived and it seemed he was the only employee at the time, but he handled it like a PRO (even though some customers were a lil rude about it, sorry Adam, you didn't deserve that!). Found me a cheaper plan I didn't know I was eligible for and an iPhone 4 generations newer than what I had, and made sure to keep the cost as low as possible for me. He walked me through everything, I never felt pressured into adding any extra features or accessories, and we ended up having a good chat about the Okanagan and some of our favourite beers :) Thank you Adam!!!
