Needless to say both my wife and I are very happy and satisfied with the phones and the sales prices that were offered. Top of the line recommend if you are in the tillicum area and are looking for a new phone or any repairs. The bell store in the lower mall is well worth your time and energy.

Persuaded by Bell to "transfer" to them at this location saving $10/month and free Roaming. Super unpleasant experience with customer service being quite nasty. Tried to get US roaming charge billed by Virgin reversed while in Sooke. What a nightmare. Found out I used the service in US and started lecturing me about US politics. I lasted 6 days with them and switched to Freedom Mobile. Almost 1/2 the cost of Virgin and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Freedom.
