- IJIman Jamali5 days ago5.0Really helpful staff — they made shipping a package to the US quick and easy. I also left my personal bag behind by accident, and they called and messaged me, then kept it safe until I came back to pick it up. Above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The problem is that I have used this exact same address many times before, including previous DHL deliveries, without any issue. Instead of resolving the problem quickly, I had to contact customer service myself, repeatedly explain the situation, update the address again, and still wait with no clear solution or urgency from DHL. For a company calling itself “Express,” this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Customers should not have to chase their own package after paying for international express shipping.
- DVDustin VerheggenMay 9, 20261.0Both the customer in front of myself and I were both emailed to come collect our packages from the Surrey Central City DHL location only to find out that our packages are actually waiting for us in downtown Vancouver, two cities over. What a complete waste of a morning having to come all the way from downtown in the first place because neither DHL location picks up the phone so there's no way to even verify the package is Downtown. Absolute trash service
- HLHassan LhlouApr 30, 20261.0In the office there is a blond boy and an older woman who are rude that if they see you they see black they make you open the package and empty it in front of them and the information they must fill in they tell you to fill it out yourself if you don't speak English they tell you to go bring a translator that the translator on the phone is not worth it as long as they get rid of you I think it's the worst office in Vancouver
