  Nisal (pacific centre Vancouver ) is the best bell employee we have dealt with in our over 25 years! He is incredibly patient and kind and spent 2 hours with us getting my new phone updated and copied.

  After nasty , lazy interactions at the Bell Coquitlam Centre location - Sales Associate was trying to up charge double in an upgrade situation,$160 to be exact, I ordered by telephone, and did the phone swap myself, same Bell employee in Coquitlam refused to help with the device return , unacceptable behaviour, and I was completely shocked as I’ve been going there for over 10 years, with great service . I ended up at the Pacific Centre location where I was treated amazingly, so whoever was running the booth 11am Sunday 17 May , the man needs A raise , thank you

  Great customer service:) the Nisal was super helpful and friendly. He is very good with phones. Finished replacing my sim card within 5 minutes!!

  I switched from Bell to Telus and I couldn’t be happier. The automated service is so much easier to get through and the quality of their employees is much higher. The pricing is better and even the app is better. Bell is by far the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They charged me 900 for an additional Apple Watch after their employee messed up setting it up, they cancelled it and in doing so cancelled the contract which made me payout the full amount (900) When I tried to get ahold of someone I got jerked around on the phone for months, and in that time they cut off my service because I wasn’t paying, and charged me for three extra months, with no service, adding on late fees. The bill came out to $2314, no matter what I did they couldn’t fix the mistake on their end or admit to it, so to this day it’s sitting with a collection agency messing up my credit. Don’t trust bell they don’t care and they will actively do all they can to take as much money from us hard working Canadians as they can. #ByeBell
