- NHNancy HillisMay 15, 20265.0I had to upgrade my phone and sort out a more reasonable plan, so I went to this Bell store in person. So glad I did! Pouria (the manager) and Dickson were fantastic. Both were super patient and genuinely went above and beyond, working with me for ages to get the best plan possible. The call center, on the other hand, was a nightmare—unhelpful and tried to charge me more than the contract I had agreed to. Thankfully, Pouria was having none of that. He stuck with it and made sure I got what I was supposed to. I honestly think I would have left Bell if not for the superior customer service of Pouria and Dickson. They are the best.

As I had forgotten something, I returned a second time and got everything straightened out to my satisfaction again very efficiently. This person is very knowledgable and very helpful. I definitely will return to that store to get help from him if I have any issues in the future.
