  I had to upgrade my phone and sort out a more reasonable plan, so I went to this Bell store in person. So glad I did! Pouria (the manager) and Dickson were fantastic. Both were super patient and genuinely went above and beyond, working with me for ages to get the best plan possible. The call center, on the other hand, was a nightmare—unhelpful and tried to charge me more than the contract I had agreed to. Thankfully, Pouria was having none of that. He stuck with it and made sure I got what I was supposed to. I honestly think I would have left Bell if not for the superior customer service of Pouria and Dickson. They are the best.

  I just signed up with Bell at Staples then with a few issues, I went to the bell store on Broadway at Heather and dealt with Portia who was polite, friendly, helpful, and handled my issues quickly and efficiently. As I had forgotten something, I returned a second time and got everything straightened out to my satisfaction again very efficiently. This person is very knowledgable and very helpful. I definitely will return to that store to get help from him if I have any issues in the future.

  I went to Bell Broadway Corporate Shop three times on two occasions (April 07, & 14,) to switch from Telus to Bell. I was a Telus customer for 20 years; it was until recently that I realized that I got ripped off by Telus. I came to Bell Broadway location by taking the advice from Jake ( Bell New Brunswick Office). On the phone, Jake explained it in detail why the system is different between the Shopping Mall boutique shop and the Corporate Shop. I found myself lucky that I was greeted by Dickson; he was very polite and friendly, though he was busy with other customers. It was Pourie(?) who handled my case. Pourie took the time to make sure I understood every step in the process. He also explained, @ which stage, I would be asked to sign the paperwork. When I went there the third time, he patiently set up the App for me, worry- free! He told me how to monitor my usage, how to manage the app and, if any unexpected mishaps, how to contact him. I am very happy with the service I received, and the results I got so far. Keep my fingers crossed 🤞 that our new journey will be a smooth & successful one!👌🙏
