  Alex was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I was going to sign with Telus next door but Alex's excellent service and expertise convinced me to switch to Bell. I'll be recommending my family and friends to Alex if they ever want to switch providers.

  Travelling to Canada 🇨🇦 from Australia 🇦🇺 had difficulties finding a Prepaid sim to use while we were here, issues with the app wanting a Zip code but wanted it to match where the Card was from, so it was never going to work , I Called this store Alex answered, he said not a problem come in store and we can set you up, fantastic I said see you soon, we went into the store and Zack assisted us, he had the service up and running in 5 minutes, very knowledgeable people in this store and thank you for your assistance Alex and Zack, You Beauty 🤠Thank you
