  They don't deliver they send to pickup location 30 minutes away .. there's a delivery locker in the building

  Extremely Disappointing FedEx has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Their customer service and technical support have been utterly unhelpful, and the way I was spoken to by their support staff was rude and completely unhelpful seems like she is pushing that I was in the wrong. When customers are already dealing with a problem, the last thing they need is a representative who is dismissive and unwilling to actually help resolve it. Unfortunately, that was my experience with FedEx. At this point, I genuinely wish companies would stop using FedEx for shipping. A company’s delivery service reflects on the businesses that choose to use it, and FedEx is making that experience unnecessarily difficult for both businesses and customers. Very disappointing service, and based on this experience, I would not recommend FedEx.

  Fed ex is a terrible company. Most people at this location don’t even know or understand English.

  Not able to give less than that otherwise I will give negative there delivery guys never deliver properly yesterday I saw 5 pending deliveries in my building 5 notes on front door I already ask one of my customer to not use FedEx and they already switch and I suggest people to not use their service atleast in surrey area because there delivery driver are too lazy to deliver at your door
