When I walked in, I explained to Mr. Paramjit that I have vision issues that limit my ability to see clearly and asked if he could help me complete my delivery details. He immediately stepped in to assist. He patiently went through the process with me step by step, entering the information I provided and checking with me along the way to make sure every detail was correct. His patience, kindness, professionalism, and willingness to provide such personal assistance were truly appreciated. Nowadays, it is not always easy to find counter service like this, where someone takes the time to genuinely help rather than simply directing customers to do everything themselves. - LLLuisJul 18, 20261.0Came here to send an important document, told the clerk that if was, and then he proceeded immediately after to mishandle it and crumple it ‘just to check it’ BEFORE putting it in the envelope. And then he proceeded to put a ‘handle with care’ label to the document sleeve, which I found terribly ironic. He was fast and rushed the whole time. I would give negative stars if I could.
