I dropped a package going to the UK yesterday and I had one digit wrong on the postal code. Should be Tw93DD, not TX93DD. The shipment had already left for the airport and he took the time to message internally what happened and to have it corrected. I really appreciated his kind manner and attention to detail on this. I also dropped another package to go to the US( this one was addressed correctly-lol). My waybill number for this shipment is 22 6792 2064. Great employee!! Thanks very much!
