  This not against the store personally but bell is complete uninterested in helping be settle an outstanding issue. Its been 2 years and they still will not remove my bring it back cell phone from my account. They have been effecting my credit standing for over 2 years. I have a letter saying thank you for returning your phone but its not good enough. And when I call I get the run around. Never get to talk to a manager or supervisor and bell is not willing to provide better service. I have already convince many of my friends and family to leave as they have had similar issues.

  I will never go back to this store again. I’ve visited several times to ask for assistance, and every experience has been disappointing. The employees always seem uninterested in helping customers and act like they don’t enjoy their jobs. Customer service is one of the most important parts of any business, and unfortunately, this location consistently falls short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience.
