  I originally left a negative review based on an experience with an employee who was distracted, unmotivated, and unwilling to help. However, I recently visited this store again and was assisted by a different employee, Darius. Darius was welcoming, polite, professional, and genuinely motivated to help. His attitude and customer service were a complete contrast to my previous experience at this location. He made the visit pleasant and completely changed my impression of the store. If you’re visiting this Bell location, I highly recommend asking for Darius. He provides excellent customer service and is a great example of how customers should be treated.

  I’ve been a long time customer and I receive exceptional customer service every time I’m in that location. Lax and I go way back and he’s just as kind and friendly as he is professional. Mohammad was very helpful and thorough to ensure I had the best plan for my needs and set up my new phone effortlessly. The entire process felt like I had one of my family members fixing my phone up- I’m so not tech savvy! Thank you both for making my upgrade super duper easy and fun!

  People were friendly, Knowledgable and a great help. They helped me set up the phone get the screen protector on got the best deal for me. Definitely Will recommend to other people. The only problem I had was that they didn’t have the colour of phone I wanted.
