  Not the greatest experience when I went to get a replacement Sim Card for my lost phone. On the website and other locations I contacted they said it costs $10 plus tax. The representative at this store said it’s $15 dollars. I asked why is there a difference and they said we have always charged that for the last several years. I asked does all stores charge $15? and she said yes. I said online the website said $10 and other stores said it was $10. She then basically shoved the card reader and said this is how much we charge here. My question is does your store actually charge a 50% markup of their goods or was your representative having a bad day???

  Store manager was very rude! Came in trying to exchange an unopened phone that I ordered online. I was told by the online agents that I can bring it in store. She basically called me stupid and said that they don’t do returns in store. I understand that the policy might be different but there is no need to be rude. Very disrespectful and disappointing

  I am very satisfied and happy with the service here at Bell. I received excellent service and all my problems were resolved. The attendant was kind, attentive, and helpful, exceeding all my expectations. I am very grateful for the service from Urmila. She is the one!

  I visit this location for my sim issue its not working properly, urmila help me sim card swap and also reset my network sitting. Very professional people, thanks for help

  I want to share my experiences at this Bell store, the staff is so much unprofessional and rude. They had 1 customer in the store at my visit, all i was asking for a Sim card change just because i lost my sim card few hours ago. They didn’t help me for a second, she didn’t processed my sim card change request and the second later she give me a customer support number where I was on hold for 1.5 hour. And when I called at the store they lied that my account is suspended. Now at the customer support they want me to go to store to validate my id, so im somuch pissed of this thing. The girl who helped me is Poonam and the manager who lied is Urmilla. Thanks for your shitty service.
