  They have zero respect for your time and do not value their customers. They will miss delivery dates often, overcharge you and not refund you for the tubs that they collect unless you call. So frustrating. The last straw was when they delivered 12 large tubs of water to the wrong part of the house so I called on two separate days was on the phone with them for 2+ hours and spoke to 6 different representatives just to get someone to come back and move them to the correct location and they promised they would and still no one came. I had to drive 45 minutes to my parents place to move them myself as they are seniors and don’t have the back and I the only thing they offered me for all the trouble I had to go through was to waive a $10 delivery fee. Absolute joke… Look elsewhere even you have to pay a bit little more. Time is money.

  Horrendous lack of customer service. One cannot get a hold of anyone, despite multiple written follow-ups.

  Driver of the green ford transit van at 7am on Thursday Jan 15th 2025 was doing well over 130kmh on the sea to sky, weaving between cars aggressively and ran a huge semi truck off the road while trying to pass it where the two lanes converged into one. License plate WC - 8599. This kind of driving is what gets people killed on this highway. Incident has been reported. Truly hope you take this driver off the roads as he was a danger to the public this morning - bad form, especially with a marked company vehicle.

  Missed our delivery. Called 4 times and was promised that the delivery was scheduled for the following day BUT it never came. Called and asked for a manager and was told twice that they would call BUT they never did. Terrible company with horrible customer service. Canceling our account tomorrow!!!!!! Update: account was canceled and was told that they would come by and pick up the 8 empty bottles and give us our refund….yes you guessed right, they never showed up. Left the bottles outside for a week but I finally gave up and took them to the local RONA and thankfully got our $80 refund. We are with Culligan now and have not had any issues….

  Placed order 3 times always promised to come but always no body showd up, we were left with 10 empty bottles now..no water for 3 months. they always apologize and always just no show..
