  I’ve been a Canadian Spring Water customer for 35 years and never had an issue until the changes made over the past year. The water no longer tastes the same and has an unpleasant aftertaste. My parents use sleep apnea machines, and we’ve noticed salt-like particles in the water reservoir, which is very concerning. The bottles have also become poor quality and leak easily. After 35 years of loyalty, I’m very disappointed to say I’m no longer a customer.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Like the rest of everyone's reviews, the service is awful. I only had one delivery from them and even that delivery was a day late. No emails or communication at all to notify you that a delivery won't show up. After missing my last delivery, I called customer service to explain that my delivery was missed. The rep told me that I put the delivery date on hold. I told her I did not put anything on hold, to which she replied that I must have accidentally clicked on something. I cancelled my account immediately after this and was told that my empty bottles will be picked up. They have not been picked up, no surprise there. Overall, don't waste your time and money on this company and their non-existent delivery service. It's more reliable to just go to the store yourself and buy the water jugs.

  I just cancelled my order. I just joined as a Canadian Springs customer and wish I had seen these reviews in advance. I would not have signed-up and appreciate how even 1 star is too much! Our first order was delayed by 2 days. Then when it arrived, the dispenser leaked - considerably. There were no instructions that accompanied our order, but my partner has experience with their products in the past, so was able to get it set up for us. We need to send the dispenser back in exchange for one that doesn't leak and so far, customer service has not contacted us. Heading towards cancelling the service if it is not addressed in the coming days. For a company that has Canadian in it's name, you can do much better than this.

  They have zero respect for your time and do not value their customers. They will miss delivery dates often, overcharge you and not refund you for the tubs that they collect unless you call. So frustrating. The last straw was when they delivered 12 large tubs of water to the wrong part of the house so I called on two separate days was on the phone with them for 2+ hours and spoke to 6 different representatives just to get someone to come back and move them to the correct location and they promised they would and still no one came. I had to drive 45 minutes to my parents place to move them myself as they are seniors and don’t have the back and I the only thing they offered me for all the trouble I had to go through was to waive a $10 delivery fee. Absolute joke… Look elsewhere even you have to pay a bit little more. Time is money.

  Horrendous lack of customer service. One cannot get a hold of anyone, despite multiple written follow-ups.
