- RHRoss HornbergerApr 22, 20261.0Very poor courier. Worst of the bunch. I sit at home all day waiting for package that says 10am-2pm delivery window. So I go out at 5pm and sure enough they ring me up. I ask to reroute to a pick up location as I'm no longer home to sign for a package, after they missed their delivery window by 2 hours. Then it sits on the truck unscanned with zero progress "our for delivery" for 4 days. Called help centre and they keep saying, just wait one more day. Day after day. What a joke. It's been 1 week since the package was sent from Richmond to Vancouver with no delivery estimate in sight.
