  非常差的邮寄体验，简直是灾难！ 工作人员失误把我隔日达的快递忘记寄出，还找借口和理由推卸责任。 严重影响了我的计划同时浪费了许多的时间，不知道公司是怎么进行培训的

  Writing this at 8 in the morning because... using FedEx is like being cursed. I am the reciever of an item coming NEXT week. I work night shift, at the crack of dawn the FedEx robot caller starts calling... And it won't stop calling about an import duty fee. Why can't it just be via email like everyone else? Hanging up does nothing it will call again and again. Zero courtesy or consideration towards their customers. I didn't agree to getting robocall bombed, how do you make this stop? I already paid... The import tax was only $20.12 but FedEx's fee was 11.97 so like pin that to the back of your mind. Please knock it off, please show a bit more consideration towards your customers. Please stop with the robocalls!!! Update: At 4:52am the day AFTER I paid, FedEx begins the emails. What is going on here guys? Have you no control of your own systems? Do you want me to pay the invoice again? This is somewhere between extremely annoying and plain harassment. I'm not buying anything from anybody that ships with FedEx anymore. This is the worst.

  FedEx consistently fails to deliver my packages to my address. Instead, I receive notices telling me to pick them up from random locations around Vancouver, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for delivery. I have never had this issue with Amazon or UPS deliveries. If FedEx requires a signature, the driver should at least spend ten seconds calling me or ringing my unit’s buzzer before claiming that delivery was attempted. This has happened repeatedly, and I am tired of having to travel across the city to collect packages that were supposed to be delivered to my home. extremely frustrating.

  I’m so frustrated with fedex. They need to hire different workers or crack down on their policies. They tried to deliver while I was at work and left me with a slip on my door and said I had to pay a fee, so I payed it online, then I found out that the package was being help at the airport, I don’t drive and I had to order an uber there and back and it ended up being more expensive than the package itself. Then when i got there the worker tried to make me pay again because she didn’t even check if i payed or not. All of these bad reviews are so embarrassing on fedex’s behalf because it’s clear they’re not doing anything to fix it, they just send the same automated responses lol.
