- LTLiz T4 days ago1.0Very disappointing. Courier lied about coming to my address but after checking CCTV he/she never came the entire time. On top of that, no phone call communication before the courier even reported the address to be incorrect, which again, false information. Crazy. If I get to choose I won’t even give one star. WHERE EXACTLY IS MY PACKAGE??????????

And they can’t even give me proper instructions how to get a return label to get my documents back. I mean this is a standard practice used in many couriers. This individual just blatantly just tell you “no we can’t do that” but the website says otherwise. Moreover he can’t even look at the system and provide a guidance. He just doesn’t care! How can your customer service be so poor?

DHL needs to communicate better and for one parcel I had to use FEDEX (pick up phone from Hong Kong Airport Lost and found while living in Canada) and second was a delivery from the UK where driver did not bother stopping and leaving a note or trying the Buzzer. Many calls later I had to pick up at airport delivery centre while one parcel is still out for delivery.

I also have my buzzer number on my information as a matter of a fact all my information is on there. They also never left a sticker at my door either. Now I dont even know where my package is and i have no information where it went or how to get it. I cant find an agent to talk to or anything. I find it unprofessional to behave this way
