  Raiyan sales man didn’t know about anything i talked on phone call he told me have the phone s26 ultra in store but when I reached he told me that he have only iphone 17 and he also not know who picked up call Worst service i have ever seen till now in Canada don’t go on this store please

  Horrible experience.! The clerk in the store couldn't put two words together. Immediately tried to push an expensive plan. Bell advertising was offering $45 plan if a customer brings the second line. My husband had his plan with Bell. This clerk tried to convinced me for 20 min that I am not qualified for that offer without giving me any explanation. Go to another shop, don't waste your time in this place. I wouldn't want to deal with them again. The salesperson is damaging to this business. He can't sell anything, just pushed two customers away.

  Amazing experience from start to finish. I had lots of questions, and Raiyan was INCREDIBLY patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in my 15 years with Bell. Highly highly recommend!
