- KBKristen Bill2 days ago1.0Terrible customer service
- RFRichard F.Sep 4, 20261.0Absolutely dreadful service- courier leaves a notice on the OUTSIDE of a construction site instead of my clear address +++ the delivery location is at the airport?? In what world am I living
- PGpeter GriffithJun 12, 20265.0Staff was very helpful giving me numbers I needed and chasing down undelivered packages, especially Amy and the driver Arsh (if I've got his name spelling correct).
- MDMike DickieMay 29, 20261.0Normally Fed Ex is fine, but this package delivery fell far short of acceptable!
- AАлександр КрасниковMay 28, 20261.0This is a terrible company—I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. I sent one of my packages, and they sent it back without refunding my money. The second time, I went to their pickup location to collect the package, but it turned out it was at a different address.
