  Every experience I’ve had with DHL has been consistently terrible. The problems have ranged from their handling of customs and package pickups to deliveries to my home. On multiple occasions, packages have been left in strange locations around my property instead of in the designated delivery box, leaving me to search for them. A DHL driver also broke the hinges on my delivery box and nothing was done to address the damage, leaving me to replace a $300 box myself. I’ve received emails claiming a package couldn’t be delivered because we had moved, which was completely false. I’ve been given incorrect information about pickup locations, and I’ve had to resubmit identical customs documents multiple times because DHL couldn’t locate paperwork that had already been provided by the shipper. These aren’t isolated mistakes—they’ve been a consistent pattern of poor service, disorganization, and a complete lack of accountability. DHL has been, by far, the worst courier company I’ve dealt with.

  Very disappointing delivery experience. I stayed home for three days waiting for my parcel, but the delivery was never completed. After the first failed attempt, I called and provided my buzzer number because the driver could not find my name on the buzzer list. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, and I still had to pick up the parcel myself. I paid for delivery and expected the parcel to be delivered to my address. Having to stay home for three days and then pick it up myself is unacceptable. I hope the company improves its delivery procedures and communication with customers.

  Right house.....Wrong door. There is a note left at the Main Front door saying "All Packages for _____ ____ & ____ ____ please leave at the Back door with the BIG BBQ on the Door Step. Thank you ____ ____ & ____ ____. Not sure how is was missed. Sign is written in English. Pretty straightforward and easy to read. Glad it wasn't wet or raining out because this was Electronic equipment. This is not the first time.
