- KBKylie BriggsSep 4, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Phones bought from Costco but are with Bell as the provider, my parents are seniors and asked if they could help adjust some settings on the phones and the two workers refused to help with anything as they will be charged for touching phones purchased by Costco…. The provider is BELL so why can’t the BELL store help with phone issues. Crazy. Do not recommend
