- CCConnieMay 26, 20265.0After talking on the phone to 5 apple support representatives (one being a Senior rep) and two Apple care support people at London Drugs in Kelowna, I went to Virgin Plus in Orchard Park mall to try to resolve my Sharing location issue. I have my amazing phone plan through Virgin Plus. Justin Cooksley was polite and extremely helpful. He asked permission to look at my settings and found the problem with a turned off setting!!! Unbelievable because I have been trying to fix this since buying my IPhone 17 for 5 months. (Bought at a different location) The Apple Representatives from Apple Support had my screen shared with me and still couldn’t resolve my problem. Go see Justin for your cell phone questions. We need more Apple experts like Justin in Kelowna. Thank you so much for your time and patience!
