  I have had an amazing experience with Justin C at the Orchard Park location. He has been very helpful throughout the whole process and has gone above and beyond to make sure the process goes as smooth as possible.

  I would like to share my experience with Bell. I opened my Bell account on September 15, and I was expecting my first payment to be due around October 15. However, I received an email informing me that I have to make a payment by September 29, which was unexpected and, in my opinion, unacceptable because this was not the payment schedule I understood when I opened my account. First, I would like to thank Blake for his help and for taking the time to contact Customer Service and try to find a solution for me. He was also surprised by the situation, as he mentioned that this was the first time he had received this type of complaint from a customer. Unfortunately, I also have concerns about the service itself. I live in the West Kelowna area, and the Bell network/internet connection where I live is quite weak and unreliable. Considering the service I am paying for, I expected better coverage and performance. I hope Bell can review both the unexpected billing date and the network quality in my area and provide a clear explanation and solution. Thanks to jared and blake for them help 🙏🏻

  I had a terrible experience with bells. Customer service line immediately after transferring my services over to them. But thanks to Sebastian in the Orchard Park store. All issues were resolved. Which is a lot more than we can say for their so-called customer service department. So high five to Sebastian for being a problem solver!

  Jared and the team were phenomenal, absolutely exceptional. Jared knew his stuff, and was very welcoming and easy to talk to. I neither felt rushed, nor a burden. You know how some of those places just make you feel like a number? or a sale? or that it's a pain you are making them get off their chair? Not here! Everyone was so friendly. You can tell this team enjoys what they do. Will definitely return, and they have solidified Bell remaining my service provider. Thank you again guys!

  Super happy with the customer service received from Justin at the Bell store in Orchard Park Mall. He was very efficient with what we needed - and at the same time handling other customers when appropriate (due to being the only employee in the store on a Friday morning). Justin was very attentive and definitely a great multi-tasker!!! Never once did we feel abandoned to another customer and he acknowledged each one as well when they entered the store. We walked out feeling totally taken care of in every detail and confident in the way information was presented, handled and completed. Great job Justin!! A star employee all the way!!! I made sure to remember his name for this glowing Google review as he totally deserved it and made for a great experience!!
