  We had an excellent experience with Bell. The team was incredibly patient, especially with my elderly in-laws, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure they were comfortable every step of the way. They helped us set up our phones, answered all of our questions without rushing us, and made the entire process stress-free. On top of that, they found ways to save us money on our monthly bill, which we really appreciated. It’s refreshing to receive customer service that’s knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about helping people. Thank you for making what could have been a complicated experience so easy. Highly recommended!

  Jasmine at the Scottdale store did amazing and helping me and my daughter with a new phone and plan as well as helping my daughter get her own phone and plan and also she helped me with my satellite tv helping me get a new plan all in all she was a great kind and patient sales consultant I would recommend her and Bell to anyone Thank you
