  My experience with Virgin Plus (specifically with Vinidu) has been nothing short of amazing. I had been going back and forth for months with my previous provider over an issue, and I came in with a lot of questions and concerns after finally deciding to make a change. From my very first interaction, Vinidu was incredibly helpful—fast, efficient, and thorough. She made sure I fully understood everything and that I was getting the best value for my money. It makes such a difference walking into a store already feeling frustrated and then leaving not only happy, but confident that you’ve made the right choice. Vinidu was both quick and patient, and I’m so appreciative that she was the one to help me. Thank you, Vinidu!! :)

  I went to 4 different phone provider stores before stopping at virgin, they were no help. Tanya went far and beyond helping me get my son set up with a plan, & helped my mom sort out her many phone issues . She's extremely friendly & extremely knowledgeable. I came back & she set up my daughters phone too. Thanks Tanya you rock!

  Excellent service from Megan and the whole team. My line activation took a while due to some problem on my end but everything ends well. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
