I’ve been going to PostNet Coquitlam for many years, and the owner and his son have always been so kind, polite, and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy and taken care of. A few times I’ve arrived just five minutes before closing, and they’ve very kindly helped me with what I needed. Their genuine kindness and thoughtfulness really mean a lot. I’m truly grateful to have such wonderful service and such great people in my community. ⭐️

I absolutely love coming to Nasser for all my shipping needs! Nasser is one of the kindest, most patient, and friendliest people I have ever met. Every time I bring my packages, he is always so welcoming and helpful. He takes the time to handle all my packages carefully, makes the whole process easy and stress-free, and always makes sure everything is shipped properly. I have been to many different places to send my packages, but Nasser is by far my favorite. The customer service here is exceptional, and I always feel comfortable and confident leaving my packages with him. Thank you, Nasser, for always being so kind, patient, and helpful. I truly appreciate your excellent service and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Unprofessional service and unnecessary extra charges I came here to return my Rogers equipment through FedEx. Rogers explicitly stated in their instructions that only a QR code needed to be scanned at the counter. However, the staff at PostNet insisted that I print out a hard copy using their printing service and demanded a $2 fee. When I politely pointed out that printing was not required according to FedEx and Rogers policy, the staff member called over several other employees (who appeared to be family members). They confronted me aggressively and rudely told me to pay the fee or leave. Extremely unprofessional behavior and dreadful customer service. Forcing customers to pay arbitrary printing fees for a simple QR code scan is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and go to a genuine FedEx location instead.

old bald man extremely dismissive and rude. Amazon AND the purolator app both said I did not need to package or print a label for my returns. But when I went to the store they tried to get me to purchase one of their envelopes and when I showed them it said package and label free at THEIR STORE he slammed a notice in a plastic stand in front of me that says they don’t do package and label free. That notice was on a desk by the computers, not at the main counter, how do they expect customers to see that? Also when they see that it would’ve been too late anyways. Instead of putting a notice in the store when the customers are already here maybe take your store off of amazon and purolator’s list of package and label free returns. The bald man took one of my two items and gave me a bag and said he’ll only do it this once but in the future I HAVE TO bring a box or bag. As if I wasn’t willing??? How are you gonna blame your customers when YOU GUYS SAY YOU DO PACKAGE FREE RETURNS. I had two orders, he only packaged one of them (unwillingly) and asked me what do I wanna do with the other item. What am I supposed to do? Magically make a box appear? He said he’d help me package it this one time but he didn’t even package my entire order. There was no apology about the miscommunication, no gentle reminders, it was straight up rude and condescending from the time he started talking to me. I was double checking on my phone if I made a mistake when he suddenly yelled “I DON’T CARE WHAT AMAZON SAYS”. I didn’t say a single word yet. Old bald man is so rude. If he addressed the miscommunication nicely I would’ve brought it back home to repackage. Why are you in customer service if you don’t have customer service skills? Cuz you own this business? I’m not even the first to complain about his attitude, there are many reviews with similar experiences yet nothing is being done about him.

Stuff helped me very fast and convenient, was very polite, even organized my papers nice, no rush. I was very pleased. Thank you for great service
