  If I could give this place zero stars or even negative stars, I would. I came to this location to return an Amazon item. My Amazon return instructions clearly stated “No box, no label needed” and told me to simply bring the item with the QR code. The older gentleman working there refused to process my return and insisted that I had to package the item myself. When I showed him my Amazon instructions, he repeatedly said, “I don’t care what Amazon is writing. I need a package.” His attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. He handed my item back to me, walked away in the middle of the conversation, and immediately started helping another customer, leaving me standing there without any assistance. I wasted my time driving to this location only to be turned away, despite following Amazon’s instructions exactly. If this location does not honor Amazon’s “No box, no label needed” returns, it should not be listed as a participating drop-off location. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I will never use this location again and I strongly recommend avoiding it.

  Bad service, I had a very disappointing experience when picking up a package today. The bald guy working at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing basic customer service, he spoke in a dismissive and unfriendly manner that made me feel unwelcome. I understand that everyone can have a busy day, but there is no excuse for treating customers with such poor attitude. Picking up a package should be a simple process, yet the interaction left a very negative impression. I wish I never had to deal with this location again!!

  I went to return a package and the elderly balding man working there was extremely rude and dismissive. I simply mentioned that the return was free as indicated on the label, but he immediately spoke down to me and insisted that whatever he says is automatically correct. Customers have every right to ask for clarification without being scolded or treated disrespectfully. This is unacceptable behaviour. Shame on you.
