Not only they helped me printing out the return label from the product that I was returning, but also helped me reassembling the package to ensure that it was ready for shipping. No extra charge for printing or the tape used on the package.

When I politely requested standard document scanning service, the older female staff member openly made a face at my request and was discourteous. To make matters worse, an older male staff member kept staring at me continuously, which felt highly invasive. The younger staff was also incredibly rude to an elderly customer, snapping at her over a minor detail instead of speaking politely. They overcharge by calculating in air and do not inform. Based on other reviews, they clearly do not take their business seriously. The staff here lacks basic manners and professional courtesy. I do not recommend this shop—go to Staples instead for a safe, honest, and professional environment.
