  I would not recommend this store. They advertise promotions, but once you sign up, there seem to be issues honoring them. There has been so much unnecessary back and forth and a complete lack of understanding when trying to resolve the issue. When you contact the call centre, they can’t help because you’re told the matter has to be escalated and handled in-store.

  Very disappointing experience. The staff did not seem willing to help and provided information that was different from what is stated on Bell’s website. After speaking with Bell technical support by phone, I confirmed that the service I was asking for should be provided in the store. They also could not understand why I was refused service. Unfortunately, I wasted my time and left without any assistance.

  Extremely pleased with the service I received from Herb at Bell, Coquitlam Center. He patiently explained different options and plans and clearly answered all my questions. I now have an upgrade in phone and a much better plan. I highly recommend Herb.
