Herb helped me out. Knew exactly what he was doing and very patient. I keep going to this location because it is close to me and they also have awesome staff and service.

Herb was amazing today in getting my a new phone, changing my number, and saving me over $700 on everything! He is very educated, kind, and likely the most professional sales person I've met. Everyone should talk to Herb if they need help getting a phone.

I lost my phone - a first for me. Took my old one to Bell, Jane was able to set me up while I waited for my new phone, thankfully I had insurance! Help center messed up and assigned the new SIM card to husbands phone, Jane called back and nicely asked them to reverse back to my phone. Still waiting for my new phone but with Jane and Dawson's help, they kept trying different ways to set my old phone up going from ESIM to Card, system would let them with dropping my warranty, and they we're dealing with a new system installed that day. Thank you !!!
DO NOT USE BELL. My elderly parents went to this store to pay their Lucky Mobile bill and they left with a new Bell month to month plan that was more expensive. Yes, value is better wth Bell, however they did not need all the Data that they don't use. Rep Jane got her activation, port over metric and that's great, however, this was not good from the customers' point of view. Bell needs to focus on the Customers experience, instead of your own metrics. Very disappointed and I will be porting them out to Telus.
