  July 27th, 2026 - As a Virgin customer I walked into the Cottonwood Mall location looking for some help. I was having an issue with my Motorola One 5G Ace phone as the camera feature would suddenly not open. The store customer service member, 'DJ' was very helpful and took an interest in helping solve this problem. He researched this issue and it did not take long for my older phone to be up and running with a workable, good quality camera, albeit different from the original. I was also impressed with the second service rep who was initially giving input, but was required to service another incoming customer. I am very glad to have access to such good service.

  Had an amazing experience at Bell thanks to HARNEET. I came in completely confused about upgrading my phone plan and transferring everything from my old device. She was super patient, explained all the options clearly, and helped me find a plan that actually saved me money instead of upselling me. What really stood out was how she stayed after closing for a few extra minutes just to make sure my data transfer finished properly and that my new phone was fully set up before I left. Customer service like that is rare these days. If you visit this Bell location, definitely ask for Harneet. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers. Love her!!!!

  Tried to have him looked to transfer a number but allllll excuses were found to not even try. I'll go to a different store. Poor service.
