  Great service. This is the second time I have come to this location to upgrade my phone and I’ve always left feeling that I was properly taken care of. Would highly recommend.

  So many first-time reviewers here. it’s almost as if something’s afoot. Perhaps a coincidence, or perhaps a well-orchestrated enthusiasm campaign. Who’s to say? Now, a word of caution: the ‘Roam Sweet Roam’ feature is about as sweet as a parking ticket. Even if you diligently switch off data roaming, your phone may still blissfully sip on foreign data, leaving you with a bill that suggests you’ve personally funded a new cell tower. A truly infuriating experience, right up there with trying to cancel a gym membership.

  Service was amazing! Shawn and team made every effort to make sure we were helped. My parents’ plan was outdated so Shawn found a plan exactly suited to them. Recommend to anyone, the staff here made the process seamless and very professional. All around great experience. Thanks again Shawn!

  The employee there does not know anything. Went in to find a micro HDMI cord, which they said didn't exist. I looked it up and it said it was available on The Source website. The employee tried to order it for us but apparently failed at that too, told us to just order online, which completely negated the point of our trip. Then we saw a sign for virgin offering a phone plan deal if you brought your own phone. However this guy starts ringing us up immediately for a new phone. We insisted we wanted to use our existing phone and he kept saying we could, but continued to try to push us to buy the new phone. Completely incompetent.
