  Liars at this location. Jader and Clyde. These managers lied to ICBC about an incident in which one of their drivers hit my car. Maybe hire better drivers next time. Unbelievable!

  Was told delivery would be between 8:30am-12:30pm. I stayed home didn’t go anywhere so I could sign and receive my package, 12:30 passed and no delivery so I checked the tracking only to see “we attempted delivery” and a picture of a tag on my building door. I called customer service and was told they left a tag at my door after delivery attempt, there was no attempt, no calls no buzz no nothing. It’s as though they just dropped off the tag and left, didn’t even try to actually deliver the package. Now customer service is saying they will try again tomorrow so I have to stay home from work again but what’s the point when they will most likely do the exact same thing, just leave a stupid tag instead of calling the number on file or buzzing or doing one of the million options available to them to actually deliver the package in hand. Super super disappointed in this service. Sensitive package and very sensitive timeline as I’m moving out of this place in 2 days, if they miss the delivery again then it’s back to the sender. Such a waste.

  Package bought from bestbuy shows up early to FedEx they then ship it out and 5 days later claim it is delayed due to weather (no bad weather across all of canada during this time) I call them and asked if I could get an update after a week of the status claiming weather delays...meanwhile sunny weather across canda not a single issue. So they hang up on me. I contact Bestbuy open a claims case and reach back to Fedex showing them the claims file is in progress. They then tell me it will be delivered the very next day, which is today. It left Burnaby at 715 AM and claimed to be here at 9:10am - 1:10pm and it still has not arrived. This is FedEx, they are pathetic in execution and transparency.

  There was a Vietnamese male worker at the front desk on Tuesday April 7 around 2:30pm. I was there to pickup a package, and one of the other employees did not know there was a second box. The vietnamese person was sure of it, and I got my second box which I was not expecting. Great service
