  Horrible experience at this store, my father who's a senior came into the store first and was asking if he can change his plan which he was paying over $130 a month plus he's paying my mother's which is another 130 so $260 a month and it has only the basics with under 30gb... I think it was the manager who said he couldn't get a cheaper plan and was saying that he has a "really good plan & there's nothing better" this is when I came into the store and overheard her talking and I ask them why? I asked is my dad on a payment plan for any of the phones he has and they said no, I asked if hes on any contract and they said no, I asked if they have any other plans that are cheaper and the manager said no. She kept saying that he can't switch plans and that there are no better plans... UNLESS HE BUYS A PHONE FROM THEM & SIGNS A CONTRACT!!How is that possible? Shame on you for trying to take advantage of a senior citizen.

  Saurabh was such a nice guy and great help, gave me the best the deal on the iPhone 16 pro max, got store credit and free accessories, very smooth process and he was really good at explaining.

  After my third attempt running around the city no other Bell dealer could help me(extremely frustrating and clueless).. so I finally came to this corporate location - absolutely phenomenal...I wish I knew this before lol and should've come here first. Khushboo was so kind and super sharp...she was able to solve my eSIM issue within three minutes. 5 star service!!! Do yourself a favor..don't waste time with those smaller Bell dealer stores..this corporate store is the place to come first!! Carlo was equally awesome and shout out to Aman who I chatted on the phone who was very helpful. Very very impressed!!!

  I just got my new plan from Bell which I transfer from Rogers(WORSE COMPANY) to Bell at Metrotown level 2. Gratefully, my Sales person, Saurabh and Brittany were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They gave me exactly what I wanted. Thank you so very much to all of you!
