  Saurabh has been an amazing help for me today. I was having issues with my current phone on a bring your own phone plan. Last thing I wanted to do was have to pay so much money on an upgrade just to fix the issues I was having with my old phone. I did end up however needing to do an upgrade do to the phone issues but Saurabh was able to place me at the best cost effective price on new plan and device and was extremely thorough with explaining costs, benefits and service needs. Couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. Thanks again dude!!

  I just recently lost my phone and went into Bell to get a new one as the one I just lost was close to upgrade. Brittany was extremely helpful in getting me a new phone. Very kind and resourceful.

  I got a new phone plan with Carlo. He have a great costumer service. I highly recommend it if someone wants to get a new plan and phone with bell !

  It was great interacting and getting the services rendered inns no time. Alicia was truly helpful, and kind in switching my network plan. I would highly recommend Alicia to anyone who is planning to visit the Bell Store at Metrotown Mall in Vancouver. Wishing Alicia all the very best for the future. Keep up the good work. Cheers
