  Huge thank you to Tiffany for helping me finally set up my daughter’s Apple Watch! She was incredibly patient, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. I had been struggling with it for a while, and Tiffany took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything worked perfectly before I left. Excellent customer service and such a positive attitude — truly appreciated her help today!

  PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT !! On april 28th I had the most incomprehensible out of this world most ridiculous and disrespectful interaction with a short man, glasses bald head. I have even seen witnessed or heard globally. His name starts with an A. Iv called several times to ask for this person first name for this review and to report to bell customer service and their accesablity department they all declined. This will double as my horrendous review of this specific location and my report to both as above mentioned. I went there as it believed it was there head office. ( my understanding) The level of disrespect, rudeness, raising of voices at me. Absolutely less then zero professional ,uttering threats , telling me my business was no good there. To get out of HIS store was next level an abomination. Demanding me to call people on my phone so he could speak to them ? As a person on a fixed income from my disabilities its a large financial decision to get a new phone. I reseach everything I buy especially a large decision like this. I went to different locations to gather what deals and plans were available, witch it did and I had present at the time of meeting the employee. I also had three different forms from my family dr. Along with a confirmation letter from c.p.p disabilities ( federal government) I was instructed to go to this location to be educated on the accessibility program bell provided. I met with A and I ask him to sit down and had my folder with my medical documents and forms iv collection from other phone companies to see if any of these deals were available at this location. I present a with a fourm that was provided to me at a random location. He looked on his computer and can back angry with me ? He demanded where did I get this, demanded the location, demanded the person name who gave it to me. Multiple time and I politely refused. He continued to demanded this over and over and over raising his voice to the point I had to ask him to lower his voice. He ask me again i said I got it at an undisclosed location, he demanded again I responded the north pole. Then he demanded me in a raised voice his name and location and he was going to call and speak to this location and person. I refused . Then he demanded me in a raised voice to call him on my own phone. I declined. He told me go by my phone from that person to get out of HIS store he does want to deal me and I should leave HIS store. I sat down and waited for both us to calm down. He apologized that he Wasn't upset with me but the person who gave me a print out ? I was very confused. I admit and apologize to the general public i left a small positive review for this A as I felt bad for him as im a Christian and I was taught for forgive those who trust pass agaist me. After a day or two I realized this was a mistake and I lie and I removed the post. I spoke with my medical team and minister and they assured me it was okay to tell the truth. So that's what im doing now. I highly recommend finding a different location to shop for bell products as little to no one wants to help me resolve this issues. My recommendation and suggestion is to avoid this location at all cost as he was an absolute absolute nightmare to deal with and still dont have a new phone ! I needed time and space before I walked into any bell store again. Feel free to check out my other reviews as they are only positive. This interaction take the cake for being the worst interaction globally. I do not recommend going into this specific location. Thanks for your time to review this review.

  I spoke to Frantz about upgrading my phone and even though the main thing I wanted was online only he took time to provide all the info he could to optimize my plan and explain all my options - he is patient, kind, clear and knowledgable and is one of those employees that makes your day easier and you leave with a smile - he deserves a service bonus and I’ll be back Bell!
