I went there and clearly told them many times that I wanted everything set up under my business account, not my personal account. Ralph, the person who was helping me, clearly did not know what he was doing. He was not properly trained and was doing everything for the first time with me. I ended up spending 2 hours in the store because he did not even know the correct process. After all of that, he still created it under my personal account and ran a credit check on my personal profile, which dropped my credit score by 12 points. This is completely unacceptable. If someone is not trained, they should not be handling customers’ accounts, especially when it can affect someone’s personal credit score.
