- SYSTEVE YAug 13, 20265.0August 10,2026 late in the evening Asim helped diagnose and replace a faulty SIM card. I was issued five cards from another branch, all worked but one. After discussing the issue with the other branch they assured me it was NOT the SIM card but a faulty phone. I decided to try to go to a different branch for help. Asim was very helpful and interested in helping. We tested in multiple devices and it was indeed a bad SIM card. Once diagnosed he was quick to issue the new card near closing. Great experience, I will be going to this store in the future. Thank you Asim.
