- SRSakib RahmanJan 22, 20261.0This is the 2nd time the mailman picked up my package and did not scan it. Last time I had to file a report of missing package and it was found after a week. Now this is the 2nd time it happened. They are very careless and need some proper training on taking care of packages.
- HBHoneyy BabyyJan 11, 20261.0I've had my far share of this place and they have horrible communication and horrible customer service i couldn't receive my mail and didn't get no notification about it didn't tell my landlord about it and they also delivered my package to the wrong address and no neighbor is gonna tell me they receive my package people steal package so what in your right mind a neighbor will say hey I got your package smh they seem lazy up here

WHICH CONFIRMED THEY ALLOWED AND ACEPTED PACKAGES MAILED TO TENANTS THE POSTAL OFFICE HAS YET TO DELIVER THEM. MIND YOU THE RULES AND POSTAL CODE IS TO DELIVER THE PACKAGES TO THE HOTEL LOBY AND MANAGEMENT AWARE OF THE PENDING PACKAGES WILL SIGNED AND HOLD UNTIL THE TENANTS ARE NOTIFIED OF DELIVERY..EVEN AFTER PERSONALLY GOING TO THE OFFICE IN PERSON TO HAVE THE PACKAGES RE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY, AFTER BEING ASSURED THEY WOULD BE MAILED OUT THE NEXT DAY ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT AFTER ALL THE ASSURANCE. THE MAIL CARRIER REFUSED TO DELIVER THE PACKAGES DESPITE THE POLICIES POSTAL SERVICES..I MAY HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION DUE TO EXTREME STRESS AND THE COST OF SHIPPING AND RE SHIPPING .VERY VERY UNPROFESIONAL
