- TSTwisted SaintNov 22, 20181.0Happened a few months back but figured I'd share my experience. Package said it was delivered earlier in the day. No package. So I decided to call them and see what happened and they claimed they brought it, asked for my address and tracking number then described my house to me saying they "took a picture of it being delivered and sent it to me" never happened. Gave her my tracking number a second time. She confirmed it delivered. I told her nope. Not possible nothing here. Person on the phone said someone in the neighborhood might've taken it since they left it in the mail box. After I told her that it wasn't possible, she then claimed my grandma signed for it. Two seconds of asking my grandma later I confirmed that didn't happen. She asked if she could call me back and hung up. 30 minutes later (never got a call back btw) a driver comes around, drives by my house and hands the package to my grandma. She fed my grandma a crap story about how she "delivered it to another house on my block because they had the same last name" no they didn't. (Remember how they described my house to me?) I know EVERYONE on my block. 1. They would've returned it to me because they know me. 2. Nobody has a similar last name to me whatsoever. Horrible postal service.
