    Don't go here if you dont have the deed to your home, lease agreement or articles of organization for your business prepared to show as ID to retrieve your package. The "manager" refused to release my package because it was addressed to my business. I asked my elderly dad to do me a favor and pick up the package on his way to see me. Eventhough the manager was shown the original email originating from FedEx to my business email and shown my dads drivers license. He demanded i come down and show a lease agreement, business license or the documents pertaining to my LLC as identification. ABSURD! He isn't entitled to see that information to release a package. The tracking number is sufficient. He essentially accused my dad of being a hacker, claiming he (at 70 years old) "could have obtained that information in a number of ways." Are you freaking kidding me!?!?!? Ive picked up kids from daycare with less identification than this. Dude acts like he's guarding packages at the Pentagon. Standard ID and a tracking number are sufficient. Hes a harassing bully with too much time on his power tripping hands!

    Poor service and don’t pay attention for customers. And, the delivery guy is lazy or what. He stopped by in front of the gate and didn’t try to check whether I was at the door or not. UPS is better period.
