Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet expectations. When I approached sabreena for assistance with emailing documents that needed to be notarized, her demeanor seemed to change. She appeared disengaged and somewhat annoyed by my request, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. I’ve came into this store before and have been greeted and helped but when busy at times and there is staff there could certainly be more help.
