However, the male representative who assisted me on 04/19/2026 lied and did not listen to my request of one of my 3 packages needing to be delivered as next day. I was told the price of the next day shipping, when it would arrive by what time. The representative ensured me prior to leaving and checking out it would be delivered by 12pm on 04/21/2026. Now it has not been delivered and I check the tracking and it was sent as regular mail! This representative needs retraining on how to process next day requests.
