Then he gets off he's car and stand on the side walk still just texting. If I had $100 for every time I get the wrong mail I'd be rich by now. How about I've had dirty wet packages opened. When you call them they tell you oh if a package is open its there job to bag it and seal it again. Which they don't. Get it together USPS!
