- MHMel HuntAug 18, 20251.0The dude that was working today, August 18 at 10 AM was very rude.was talking to people like they were stupid like if you’re that miserable working at a post office maybe you shouldn’t work there people go there to find out information if they don’t have it they don’t just come asking because they want to make your day worse or Try to be difficult. and which no one was being difficult with him they just had a few questions but he was being rude to every single person As soon as they opened it’s almost like he was mad that there was a line of a few people not you know over 10 but the lady who works there is very well mannered and nice. This person could use a lesson or two about customer service or a reality check
- LTLiz TerryAug 6, 20251.0I opened a PO Box at this USPS location and had two Amazon packages delivered to it. When I went to pick them up, I was told they had already been picked up. I explained to the representative that I had not picked them up, but was simply told to "take it up with Amazon." I found the attitude and lack of accountability from the USPS representative extremely disappointing. Rather than investigating the issue or offering assistance, I was dismissed without any support. Frustrated by the poor service, I canceled my PO Box just 8 days after opening it, even though I had paid for 6 months. I received a refund that was half of the total cost for 8 days of use. The representative was rude and unwilling to acknowledge or take responsibility for the misdelivery of my packages. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
- UUUMascotJul 24, 20251.0They dont answer the phone, its been over an hour. When I had gone in, as I stayed to finish paperwork, I kept calling, they ignored the phone, completely. The balding guy, upfront, takes his time and gets very chatty if youre a girl. They arent held to a standard.
