The black lady who works there is such a sweetheart, but the old gentleman with weird mustache should learn some manners. He was rude to me today when I was trying to figure out if I could pay for the envelope through the self-service machine. He treated me like I was an idiot. I don't know if he's like that with all the customers, or it's all about not standing young women, but he needs to change his attitude.

Horrible experience, if I can give a zero I would. F in customer service. They do not want to help you, feels like they get irritated if you ask any questions, if you are not happy working there, quit do not take it out on the customers. I just found out I paid for mailing something that I did not have to pay for ( had QR code) if she would’ve just advised me on the options I have, but she was just in a hurry to get me out. Don’t get me started on the other male worker who was choosing and picking who to be nice to. SMH, they really need a manager onsite.

THIS IS FOR ONE OF USPS POSTAL EMPLOYEES. I HOPE MANAGEMENT READS THIS REVIEW. Yesterday 10-20-2025 in the zip code of 93309 area my doorbell rings and a usps mail woman says that she needs a signature for this letter. I asked her twice who it was for...she finally answers me pretty much with an attitude saying "SIGN"! for and says my mother's name...I told her Im not going to sign for her to wait here and I will get her. She looked annoyed that I asked her to hang on for 2 to 3 mins..went and helped my mom to the door as she is disabled...I went to take my dog outback and when I returned my mom said "well she was rude"...apparently when my mom went to the door the postal lady was gone. She left to go deliver mail across the street. My mom walked to our mailbox to wave the lady down and she came back over to my mom and told her you know anyone can sign this for you. And my mom said "Or not". And after my mom signed it the lady rolled her eyes again and left. I went out front, mind you I am irritated and upset, anyone would be after hearing about a stranger being rude to your disabled mother. I remained calm and went across the street and asked for the ladies name she said Susan and Susan's whole attitude changed and she seemed like a brand new person with manners (all of a sudden). Asked her for her last name amd she wouldn't give it. Asked her what office she worked at amd she said stockdale. So if this is where she works management may wanna check your employee with their attitude or maybe she just should interact with people in general.
