  It is highly suspicious when asking to insurance a high value package that they demand to know what is in the box. That a "collectable" isn't enough. Whether I am sending a collectable baseball card valued at $5000, or jewelry, or my grandma's vintage whatever, if a person is willing to pay the fees, it shouldn't matter. After I called a UPS supervisor, I was informed that stating a "collectable" is enough. When I call this store back to tell them, the manager on duty, Kayla, even informed me they are allowed to open a packaged to make sure the item I am declaring & insuring is actually in the box. Sure seems like an easy way for sticky fingers to steel an item and then have UPS foot the bill. I definitely wouldn't trust this location with anything of value.

  We were "helped" by an employee named Gonzo today. It was by far the most inappropriate, rude, customer service experience of my life. We went to return a package in the box not realizing we needed to print the label ahead of time and were talked to by this employee like we were stupid, wasting his time and in a very rude and condescending manner in front of our two children. Instead of offering a clear simple solution in a professional manner such as printing the labels for a fee as I've had to do in the past we were treated like dirt. I went back and spoke to the employees about our experience and asked for a little more kindness and patience next time as everybody is not technologically inclined and being in the customer service industry they have a great opportunity to educate customers and will hopefully kindly choose this route in the future before choosing to belittle someone and make them feel stupid. The cherry on top was when walking out and he raised his voice and said "ok bye!" As if he was dismissing us like children. All of our other experiences at this store have been fine and other employees have been more than kind and helpful. However, this particular experience has left us feeling so belittled and disrespected we will not be returning in the future and hope this store takes feedback seriously when considering which employees should be dealing with customers directly and who should be working in the back.
