  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Ming Avenue, Bakersfield location. On Thursday, I dropped off my laptop for repair through my insurance company’s next-day delivery service. The employee who assisted me—a young woman with curly hair—appeared unprofessional and unsure of the proper procedures. I specifically asked her to ensure the package was packed properly, but she left it on the back counter instead. When I later checked the tracking number, I found that my package had been sitting at the store since Saturday, instead of being shipped as promised. I called the store several times to inquire about the delay, but each time I was placed on hold and never assisted. I called twice more today, with the same result. I have never experienced such poor service at any UPS location before. The staff at this store were unprofessional, discourteous, and seemed to lack basic customer service training. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure proper training and accountability at this location to prevent similar incidents in the future.
