I Asked for help and from far away he yelled at me that hes unable to help me cause i need to learn by myself cause he wont be there at this fedex for long , so i was surprised with the response so i tried to work the fax machine and copy machine and still was having a hard time so I asked him literally 3 to 4 times and at the end he did come but was like 4ft away from telling me ""Ok so what are you going to do now "" And i told him "" Why are you so rude ""? And he said "" IM NOT RUDE ALL YOU PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN BECAUSE I WILL NOT ALWAYS BE HERE ""!!! I was in shocked !!!! He needs to GO immediately!!

- AHAndrew HastingSep 9, 20232.0When I walked in to this location I was greeted by an employee who was off the clock and on her way out the door. She was polite and had said I'd be helped shortly. After leaving, another person who was lingering around the displays turned out to be the employee left in charge. I didn't realize this as it took him a some time to make a long loop around the floor and back to the register where he gave me a deadpan stare accompanied by silence. After about a twenty second long staring contest I told him I was there for a pickup. He said the letters ID so I set it on the counter. He looked at it, brought my package to his side of the counter, punched some keys on the computer, and went out of sight to the back of the store. I waited for him to return since the package was deliberately placed on his side of the counter and the transaction could not possibly be over. I assummed he was getting the receipt or something, but he never returned. After waiting five minuets I decided to collect my ID, take my package, and leave. The interaction with him felt hostile and I left confused about what had happened. If I return I hope to never deal with him again. This was about 3:30 PM Saturday September 9th at the 3505 Coffee Rd. C 93308 location if an inquiring mind is reading this.
- RPRobert PierucciNov 22, 20171.0This place is terrible. Went with a box that was packed perfectly fine and the lady started pushing forcefully on the box and told me it needed more packing inside. Frankly I was annoyed because I mail stuff at the FedEx in Oildale almost daily with no issues. I took the box from here directly to the Oildale location and they took it no problem, mailed it and it reached my customer happy. This store is extremely nitpicky and wants you to spend extra money with them and will tell you anything about your mail to get you to do so. Trash.
