    My grandmother is 88 years old needed bank !!!papers faxed .machine didn't work customer service was a 00 on July 28th 2025 workers could care less she still had to pay for nothing and she was there 2hrs for nothing horrible!!!

    Spoke to this office 4 times and every time they assured me my package was shipped to the correct town but a week later the package never even moved. Now I have to drive 8 hrs to go get it. Not okay.
