It used to be about letters now since everyone has everything delivered USPS has to handle significantly more parcels. It means longer hours as they have to go back and pick up more, more often, and significant strain to get all these packages out. Top it off that the mail trucks dont have AC. Id wager 90% of people cant handle that work load. These people are still kind, still helpful and only give honest responses.
