Then she seemed inconvenienced & condescending by my inquiry about paper thicknesses 🤣 I will not be returning. Went to staples instead 👍 Unacceptable, esp as I see others have had similar complaint. If your interested in having this review removed, pls reach out to me personally to share how you have addressed the situation with the employees & persistent complaints of Bad customer service.

I found this Fed Ex office in Auburn, open until 6pm. We walked in and people greeted us immediately. Walked us through process, offered assistance, made label, extra tape on pkg, friendly, very detailed and sent pkg out for less than it would have cost thru USPS and will get there faster. Not to mention, more helpful and had all the supplies right there. I didn't get the man's name, but he went out of his way to make sure our experience was a pleasant one and we were extremely satisfied. I don't normally post reviews, but feel it was justified this time.
