I see I'm not the only person who's irate at this office. I keep getting my neighbor's mail and had not cheap parcels getting delivered somewhere else besides my locker. Someone has sticky fingers here.

This post office is absolutely the worst post office we have had to deal with. Our mail has been misplaced on numerous occasions with some pieces never reaching us. One of those pieces was a card sent by a friend. We suspect it was delivered to the wrong box and the box owner decided to keep it, or simply toss it in the trash. When I tried to call the post office, the phone just rings continuously and then disconnects. The lines and wait times in the lobby are painfully long. Overall, this post office is deserving of a failing grade.

Such unpleasant experience at the counter today. The woman assisting customers was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Her tone was sharp, she interrupted, and made me feel unwelcome while asking a simple question. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in a customer-facing role.

I just posted for my disdain over an extremely rude employee at this post office. She saw a note to myself regarding her, on one of my documents, and said- “that’s not my name” even though she was wearing that name tag. She would not give me her name. How are things supposed to get better unless people own their job.
