One of those pieces was a card sent by a friend. We suspect it was delivered to the wrong box and the box owner decided to keep it, or simply toss it in the trash. When I tried to call the post office, the phone just rings continuously and then disconnects. The lines and wait times in the lobby are painfully long. Overall, this post office is deserving of a failing grade.
