Close to $300 to overnight it. i asked for regular shipping rates, she said $200+ next day. finally she scoffed, we can have it there friday for $65 Dollars. The payment screen asked if i wanted my paperwork. i clicked yes. then the lady rushed me out the door without giving me any paperwork to help the next customer. my son never recieved his package. the ups store called me and told me to come pick up my box almost 3 weeks later. They refused to reimburse my money or ship the package to my son. they claim the address is wrong yet they cannot answer what is wrong with it. My son driver license shows his address is correct. You can bet i will never patronize this store again. waste of time and money. $65 in the toilet and my son doesnt get his gift. The worst part is they blamed it on us.
