I called the Atwater post office several times when the online tracker said it had been sent there again and someone always answered the phone. Branden was especially helpful in finding out what happened and explaining how the staff covered the incorrect bar code so it would be sent to the correct address. Even though none of this mess was their fault, they worked really hard to fix the problem. Exceeded expectations!
