She is efficient in many aspects but there were simple solutions that could have been made but she chose to waste my time and I had to get in line 3 times just to finally get a label. I was not asking for anything free I was just needing a solution and of course willing to pay. HUGE disappointment and disrespect to me as a customer. HUGE. She didn’t even let me pay for a label. Ridiculous.

Calling USPS direct was no help and I couldn't talk to a live person after trying for a long long time. So I called Artesia post office direct. I've been going here since as long as I grew up with my parents and as an adult I can rely on their services and friendly staff who have worked there a long time.
