When we got there they told me they were not taking appointments. They said all appointments were canceled for 3 weeks due to an employee being sick. Which would not have been an issue if we were notified in advanced. They had all of my contact information, so why we were not notified is beyond me. However, they did give me a phone number to call. So I sat in the car and spent another 15 minutes on a call where they couldn't help me either. Horrible customer service!!!
