Arcadia, Mrs Hong is not nice at all, I saw her gave customers dirty look after customer left, and she has a very unhappy face, no communication at all to me too, the whole transaction is silent, and she didn’t even let me choose “ happy face or unhappy face on the check out machine, she skipped it by herself! and didn’t say a word when she gave me the receipt . The other lady ROSA is nice and welcoming .

- JCJ COct 7, 20251.0Avoid using their PO Box service if you can. They've lost two of my mails (and I only get around six every month) this year. Very irresponsible people. Did not care if your mail is missing at all. Edit #1: Guess what?! They lost another of my mail! Third time!
